By accessing and using the SMART STAFF platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
SMART STAFF provides duty shift management, overtime calculation, and administrative tools for healthcare professionals in Sri Lanka. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription after a free trial period. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information through our authorized payment gateway providers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the Service. You agree not to upload any malicious code, falsify records, or interfere with the security of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
